QuickBooks is an online accounting software for small businesses that allows you to track expenses, customize invoices and run reports all from one place. At Lano, we can customize an Excel file that can be used to import your invoice data directly to QuickBooks. This file can be sent monthly or on request.

Using the Quickbooks integration for Lano

Step 1: To request an Excel file with your invoicing information, please contact us via [email protected] and list the data points that you would like to include. 

Step 2: We will create the file you requested as in the example below and send it to your email. 

Step 3: Now you can check whether the format and content correspond with your needs and upload it to QuickBooks.

Step 4: With QuickBooks, your invoices are digitally recorded and accessible at any time.
